"Quality Workmanship"  Council Bluffs plant has earned a reputation for not only quality work, but fast turnaround time. It is located on five and a half acres, adjacent to the Union Pacific Railroad.  

The in-plant capacity is 75 cars and there are 30 work stations outside.

The shop is fully equipped to handle general repairs, heavy wrecks and complete rebuilds. The shop also offers blasting and painting, wheel bearing replacement and air brake maintenance. The 16,000 square foot, under-roof mechanical shop can hold nine cars. The capacity for the paint building is two cars.
